The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the public, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information about the City's occupational therapy programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in customer service, as well as a valid certification as an occupational therapy assistant. They will also be able to work well independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Salary: $25,000 - $40,000
- Benefits: Health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan
